		Offshore Report: Survey of requirements and challenges relating to human resources (HR) Together with Copenhagen Coaching Center Offshore Center Danmark has been in charge of a survey of companies in the offshore industry in order to indentify any missing knowledge of competence and training requirements wihtin the HR function. Focus of the survey is thus to identify the requirements in companies for education, development, and other needs within the HR field. 27 companies have accepted to participate in a 45 minutes personal inverview. The collected data from the interview survey make the setting of this report and will be used to identify any needs for training and education in order to plan and schedule HR teaching for companies and to screen the offer for education with relevance for the industry.  Download the Offshore Report: Survey of requirements and challenges relating to human resources (HR) (in Danish)
		Plastic composites as construction material This report describes status of the use of plastic composites in offshore oil and gas installations. The demands for materials that can be replaced by plastic composites with advantage are put forward. A suitable material for replacement with a plastic composite on the basis of this status and investigation at the end user. 		Screening Report: Use of Aluminium in Offshore Sector This report focuses on the potential use of aluminium alloys in the offshore sector. Report evaluates the present use of aluminium and related technologies for offshore including various alloys, product forms, design and joining technologies, corrosion protection strategies, and new technologies and future issues. The industrial base for offshore aluminium constructions is reviewed ie. availability of aluminium based offshore products for constructions, capabilities of offshore aluminium structure manufactures and users in Europe. The experience of other  countries in Europe (especially Norway and Holland) in using aluminium for offshore applications is summarised. 		Screening Report: Screening of the LNG Transport Market This report gives a brief review of the possibility of small scala LNG activities in Denmark. The report is not extensive in all areas, but does give a general market review of the LNG market as well as a more specific insight into possibilities for Danish suppliers. In the report it has also been attempted to analyze the strenght and weaknesses of factors regarding the possibilities of Danish companies to provide small scale LNG services. The report could be used as an eye-opener towards an increased focus amongst Danish companies within this important and growing market. 		Offshore HR guide Taking the small or medium-sized company as your starting point, the Offshore HR guide gives short, descriptive instructions and examples of treatment of the most common tasks that relate to staff in a offshore company. Often the tasks are handled by an employee with other areas of responsibilities which is the main reason the the industry to get an easy approach to this broad area. Download the Offshore HR Guide. 		Danish Oil and Gas - Internationalisation  This handbook describes clear and easy possibilities and challenges for Danish companies that are considering to set up activities within the offshore oil and gas industry abroad. The handbook is just one of many initiatives to internationalise and professionalise Danish offshore industry-rooted in the development project "Danish Oil & Gas - Internationalisation". 		Offshore Terror Safety The handbook "Offshore Terror Safety Handbook" publishes the result of the development project "Offshore Terror Safety" that was conducted by Offshore Center Danmark during the period November 2007 throught March 2009. The Handbook gives an overview of laws, rules and procedures within terror security of offshore installations. The handbook also treat the "soft" and human aspects by prevention, also describing what the companies may and ought to do in this connection. Finally the handbook describes the challenges that small an medium-sized companies (SME) deal with regarding terrosism if they wish to become a subcontractor to the Danish offshore oil and gas industry.
