Introduction to Offshore Oil and Gas 
Esbjerg, Denmark: September 21-22 2010. Online enrolment.

The course gives an overview of key areas within production of offshore oil and gas, among other topics including: Geology, exploration, offshore platforms and drilling rigs, well operations, processing and distribution. Additionally the concept of HSEQ and safe behaviour is introduced.

The course is aimed at both newcomers to the industry as well as existing employees in need for an overview of the business.

Offshore Olie and Gas Processing
Esbjerg, Denmark: vinter 2010.

The course gives an overview of the treatment that oil and gas from the production wells undergo, before it is ready to be sent to shore via pipelines or tankers. The purpose and usage of the different process equipment is explained as well as how the equipment interacts. This is supported by examples from the Danish offshore process platforms. The participants will obtain knowledge about the design of the process equipment and how it works. Also, the participants will become familiar with some of the special terminology that is often used in the offshore industry.
In addition, the course presents an overview of the remaining upstream process – exploration, drilling, construction of offshore platforms and more.
The course is aimed at newcomers to the industry as well as existing employees in need for an overview of the processing part of offshore operations.
